Luis Nuño, the author of Harmonic Wheel and IMPROCHART, has a Ph. D. in Telecommunication Engineering and is a Professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain), where he is devoted to Research and Education. On the other hand, as musician and guitarist, he is interested in Music Theory, Harmony, Composition and Improvisation.
